OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND MAINTENANCE

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of the pneumatic tool, the following steps should be taken before and after each use:

Prior to use, apply 3 drops of special oil or diesel into the air inlet, then connect the air pipe and press for a few minutes. For continuous usage, it is advisable to reapply the oil every 2 hours.

After connecting the air source, firmly grasp the top handle and press it down vertically to initiate operation.

Regularly inspect the locking mechanism of the punching needle during use. If it becomes loose, promptly secure it.

When the tool is not in use, it is recommended to unplug the power source or turn off the air supply.

In the event of any malfunction, discontinue use and arrange for timely repairs to ensure continued performance and safety.

These maintenance practices will help to uphold the tool’s efficiency and extend its service life.
