EL-01 High-speed Electric Waste Stripper for Paper Carton Board

Designed for removing waste margins from cardboard, thin corrugated paper, and common corrugated paper in the printing industry.

How to Use the Stripper

Turn on the switch to activate the machine and adjust the speed as needed.
Neatly stack the cardboard papers requiring waste removal, ensuring all four sides are flat.
Ensure that the cardboard has cutting edges on all four sides, with appropriate gaps to connect the waste part with the products. The waste corner to be stripped must be ≥ 8mm to facilitate easy breakpoint creation.
After use, turn off the switch.

Using Our Technology: Prerequisites and Guidelines

In order to effectively utilize our technology, it is essential that the external trim is cut into trim sections, with the exception of the clutch edge. This clutch edge will be reciprocally stripped out on both the left and right sides. Please refer to the diagram below for a visual representation of the waste segments.
