**HN-09 Application:**
The HN-09 is specifically designed to remove punching waste from cardboard, corrugated, microwave, and plastic corrugated boards with a minimum paper weight of approximately 150g/m². This model excels at removing narrow and deep die-cutting waste. It's important to use the HN-09 for such applications because of its fine chain design, which is not interchangeable with wider chains due to technical limitations.
For best performance, the waste edge should be at least 5mm wide for cardboard and microwave cartons, and at least 20mm for corrugated cardboard. The unit comes fully assembled, ready for connection, and includes a quick-connect coupling for hoses with an inner diameter of 9mm. Additional accessories such as chain changing tools and an operating manual (in German or English) with a spare parts list are provided. The device may be delivered in yellow, gray, or red, depending on availability.

3. **Die-cutting Board Production:** Ensure the supporting die-cutting boards meet the requirements. It's crucial for the die-cutting boards to be divided into smaller sections to facilitate faster waste removal by the stripper. The external waste edges should ideally be cut into small strips of 250mm–450mm, with the length determined by the paper product’s shape, waste width, and number of sections. The smaller the sections, the quicker the waste is removed.
**Maintenance Guidelines:**
1. **Inspection and Lubrication:** Check and maintain the tool every two months, ensuring the bearings, gears, chains, and other moving parts are clean and well-lubricated. Apply bone grease to the motor head's oil injection hole to lubricate internal gears. For high-frequency use, check and lubricate every two weeks.
2. **Air Motor Blade Cleaning:** Regularly clean the air motor blades depending on usage conditions. To clean, disconnect the air inlet pipe, inject a small amount of light lubricant, reconnect the air pipe, and run the motor for 30 seconds. Then remove the air pipe and allow the dirty oil to drain. Add new lubricating oil or bone moisture agent through the exhaust port.
3. **Storage:** If the tool is not used for an extended period, inject a small amount of lubricating oil from the air inlet before running the tool briefly to ensure internal components remain lubricated and rust-free.
**Precautions:**
1. **Chain Maintenance:** Spray WD-40 anti-rust oil on the chain after daily use, blow off paper dust with a compressed air gun, and apply lubricating oil. Proper chain care significantly extends its lifespan.
2. **Dealing with Jammed Paper:** If the chain jams, disconnect the air circuit, loosen the protective shell screws, remove the jammed paper, and reassemble.
3. **Chain Tension:** Regularly check the chain tension. If necessary, adjust it to ensure proper tension. When adjusted correctly, the longest section of the chain should sag approximately 1mm when positioned horizontally. Too loose a chain can cause damage due to friction with the safety cover.
