The HS-890 carton waste stripper is a pneumatic precision tool engineered for fast, clean removal of die-cut waste. Featuring an ultra-narrow chain capable of stripping minimal waste edges from 5mm, it excels at clearing both shallow and deep-set waste from stacks of carton, corrugated board, and craft paper. How to Operate

Setup:

For pneumatic models: connect to an air compressor (≥0.6 MPa).

For electric models: plug into a 220V power supply.

Operation:

Hold the clutch handle with your left hand and the motor handle with your right.

Turn on the machine and position the rotating chain on the waste edge.

Apply gentle downward pressure to guide the tool along the waste strip.

Always clear waste from the chain promptly and keep hands clear during operation to avoid injury.

Requirements for using our technology

To utilize our technology, it is essential that the outer trim is cut into trim sections. The clutch edge, which is an exception, will be reciprocally stripped out on the left and right sides. Please refer to the diagram below for details on waste segments.





Optimal Setup Guide
For best results, segment waste edges to let the chain engage at the widest point. Reducing cut marks further speeds up stripping, lowering labor costs significantly. The HS-890 swiftly clears trim section by section, delivering high‑speed, efficient waste removal.

Maintenance Guide
Perform maintenance every 2–3 days (daily if used over 15 hours/day).

Pneumatic models: Apply air‑tool oil to the air inlet and engine oil to the chain. Run the machine for one minute. An oil‑water separator is recommended for daily moisture removal.

Electric models: Oil the chain, then lift and run the machine for one minute. Replace carbon brushes when motor power drops.
