The HS-680 Carton Waste Stripper, powered by compressed air, is a high-performance manual tool designed for quick and safe removal of die-cut paper waste. It is widely recognized for its efficiency and durability in post-processing corrugated cardboard operations.

Its robust pneumatic motor ensures reliable operation with minimal maintenance. The hardened-steel stripping wheel and high-strength alloy chain deliver exceptional wear resistance and a long service life. The ergonomic, lightweight design allows for comfortable single-handed operation, improving stripping speed by 5–10 times compared to manual hammer methods.

For enhanced safety, the HS-680 can be equipped with an optional two-hand control system. An automatic maintenance unit with an oil-water separator is also available to protect the pneumatic motor and ensure consistent performance.

The exterior trim should be divided into sections no longer than 400mm. The length depends on the quantity and depth of cut-outs, as well as the shape of the sheet. The fewer the nicks, the quicker the stripping operation will proceed.

Operating Guide & Troubleshooting for Waste Stripper

Initial Run-in: Apply gear chain oil regularly during the first week of use.

If the tool does not rotate:

Check air pressure and oil-water separator; clean rust with anti-rrust agent if needed.

If chain is tight or stuck, remove cover, adjust slider, and inspect chain and gears.

Replace worn pneumatic motor blades.

If paper clogs chain, disconnect air supply, oil chain, and manually clear debris.

If the tool operates weakly:

Ensure sufficient air pressure.

Replace faulty sliding switch if necessary.

Replace severely worn motor blades (set of 4).

Loosen over-tight chain for smooth movement.

Inspect bearings; use high-quality imported gears.

Add pneumatic oil to air inlet for blade lubrication.

Clean chain with air gun after use.

If the tool fails to work:

Adjust paper grip position for better contact.

Replace worn chain if it cannot catch paper.

Tighten sliding screw and secure chain to correct length.

Note: Always oil chain before use and run tool unloaded for one minute. Neglecting this will accelerate chain wear and shorten tool life.
