How to run a machinery website

Today we have an internal meeting. The company's (Shenzhen Chaoyi Machinery Co.,ltd) mission this year is to develop more valuable new products while ensuring the quality of existing products. For me, the mission in 2022 is to inspire all my possible abilities to create for the company Value. The only platform the company provides to me is this website (http://www.szchaoyimachine.com).
In other words, my task is to manage this website well and make it benefit the company. I understand this task as the following small goals:

1. Let this website (www.szchaoyimachine.com) come alive, it means that this website (www.szchaoyimachine.com) must have traffic, conversion rate, and conversion rate must be high. How to achieve this goal? The content of the website must be professional and novel, and there must be new updates every day. And To do SEO for the website, at the same time carry out the promotion of the website (www.szchaoyimachine.com).
2, While ensuring website (www.szchaoyimachine.com) optimization, Facebook + LinkedIn + Twitter + Youtube are simultaneously operating and developing customers. This requires us to continue to learn how to operate these social platforms to provide visits and inquiries.
3. After receiving the inquiry, if we increase the conversion rate. This not only requires us to have professional product knowledge, but also requires us to have a sense of service and be careful for the sake of customers. I have to work harder in communication.

今天我们开了一个内部会议, 公司今年的任务是在保证现有产品质量的前提下,多研发更有价值的新产品. 对于我, 2022年的任务就是要激发我所有可能的能力给公司创造价值.公司提供给我的唯一平台就是这个网站.
就是说, 我的任务就是经营好这个网站,并且让它给公司带来效益. 我把这个任务理解成以下几个小目标:
1,让这个网站活起来,活起来意味着这个网站要有访问量,有转化率,而且转化率必须高.如何达到这个目标?网站的内容必须专业且新颖,每天要有新的更新.并且要给网站做SEO, 同时进行网站的宣传.
2, 保证网站优化的同时, Facebook+领英+ Twitter+Youtube同时进行运营,开发客户.这其中需要我们不断的学习如果运营这些社交平台,提供访问量和询盘.
3, 当得到询盘之后,如果提高转化率.这不仅要求我们要有专业的产品的知识,而且还要求我们需要有服务意识和为客户着想的细心.我就得在沟通方面多下功夫.

其实我觉得这对我来说, 真的是一个非常大的挑战. 因为我没有任何的网站方面的知识.而且沟通能力也不是很好.再加上英语水平也不高.但是,我愿意是接受这个挑战.我希望以此能激发我所有的可能,学习更多,从而给公司带来利润带来名望.
