what should I do if the chain is broken or blunt?
With our chain maintenance kit you can repair the chain by yourself.
For additional tools you only need a vise, a hammer, a grinder or angle grinder or a turbo grinder.
We recommend to order a reserve-chain to avoid a stoppage.
You can also send us the chain for repair, but the free freight cost should paid by you.
A resharpening of the chain is possible up to three times depending on the degree of wear. You can do it by yourself or send us to do it, but the freight cost should be paid you.
