This equipment is specifically designed for grinding “nicks” of different widths and depths in solid board and corrugated board cutting dies.

Operating Pressure: 0.6-0.5MPA

Includes 5 grinding wheels with varying thickness: 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 2.0mm, with one piece of each size

Adjusting the control screw allows for obtaining nicks of different depths
The depth of the nick should be determined by the cutting dies to prevent abnormal wear on the grinding wheel
The switch located at the rear of the device can regulate the motor speed and control the motor’s start and stop
When grinding nicks, use the locating device to position the machine on top of the cutting rules, then firmly and swiftly press the grinding wheel towards the blade of the cutting rules
