This device is specifically designed for grinding “nicks” of various widths and depths in solid board and corrugated board cutting dies.

Application of the Die Cutting Nick Grinder:

Ideal for use in the carton, paper, color printing, and die-cutting industries, as well as for fine work in the printing and die-cutting industry. It should be installed and operated on a suitable working table or die-cutting machine in the workshop.

Operation Instructions:

Install the grinding wheel between two brass sleeves on the transmission shaft and secure it with a spanner and nut.
Adjust the control screw to achieve different depths of nicks.
The depth of the nick should be determined by the cutting dies to avoid abnormal wear on the grinding wheel.
The switch on the tail of the device controls the motor speed and start/stop functions.
Use the locating device to position the machine on the top of cutting rules, then press the grinding wheel towards the blade of cutting rules stably and quickly.
