Portable Pneumatic Nick Grinder for Cutting Dies Packaging

The equipment is specifically engineered to grind “nicks” of varying widths and depths in solid board or corrugated board cutting dies.

Usage:

It should be installed and utilized on an appropriate worktable or die-cutting machine within the workshop.

Operation Instructions:

To install the grinding wheel, place it between two brass sleeves on the transmission shaft, then use a spanner to secure the transmission shaft and tighten the nut.
Adjust the control screw to achieve different depths of nicks: turning the screw clockwise reduces the depth of the nick, while turning it counterclockwise increases the depth.
The depth of the nick should be determined by the cutting dies to prevent abnormal wear on the grinding wheel.
The switch at the rear of the device can regulate the motor speed and start/stop functions.
When grinding nicks, use the locating device to position the machine on top of the cutting rules, then firmly and swiftly press the grinding wheel toward the blade of the cutting rules.
