Optimizing the Waste Stripping Process: The Most Efficient Solution for Removing Die-Cut Waste

Our carton-strippers enable rapid removal of outer die-cut waste from stacks of carton, microwave, and corrugated board.

Eliminate the time-consuming and labor-intensive process of hand-stripping waste. Our carton-strippers allow for swift removal of die-cut waste from folding cartons, e-flute, cardboard, microwave, and corrugated board. When using our carton-strippers to break out the die-cut waste, the sheets remain neatly stacked as they were when they left the die-cutter. Requirements for Utilizing Our Technology:

To use our technology, the outer trim must be cut into trim sections, except for the clutch edge, which will be reciprocally stripped out on the left and right sides. Please refer to the enclosed diagram for waste segments. Divide the waste edge in a manner that allows the chain to operate at the widest part of the waste edge. Additionally, the fewer the nicks (to be mindful of with new forms), the faster the stripping operation will proceed. The carton-stripper removes the trim section by section at high speed. For example, a section of a 250-sheet stack can be removed in one second. This level of performance leads to a significant reduction in manual stripping costs.

Handling of our carton-strippers is straightforward and user-friendly.

To operate the carton-stripper, apply some pressure to the outer edge of the waste with the chain before activating the device.

The rotating, hardened, and hard-chromed chain swiftly strips the exterior trim from the die-cut sheet at high speed.

Apply pressure and slide down the carton-stripper to remove the waste trim.

Depending on the number of nicks and breaks in the die-cut waste, a right/left combination with the carton-stripper may be necessary to remove the waste along the full length of the stack. A chrome-plated cover over the chain prevents damage to the sheets and facilitates smooth sliding down the stack.
