Common Issues:

Tool not functioning

Chain unable to rotate, either too tight or gear stuck: Remove the cover, adjust the slider, and check for misalignment between the chain and gear.
Paper jam during operation: Cut off the air supply and agitate the chain with a tool to rotate it until the shreds come out.

Inadequate tool rotation power

Insufficient air pressure: Check and increase the air pressure as needed.
Verify that the slide switch is turned on.
Adjust the chain to the correct position if it is too tight or too loose.
If the chain is excessively worn, it needs to be replaced.
