The TW-01 Waste Stripper is designed to eliminate external/lateral waste from stacks of die-cut sheets and to remove the gripper. Pneumatic power drives a chain that holds and removes the waste. It comes complete with an air-pressure-filtering and oiling unit, air pressure indicator, and tube.

Applications include all types of paper, such as:

Thin cardboard
Normal cardboard
Thick cardboard and micro-corrugated
Strong corrugated board
Product Features

Suitable for stripping waste margins of cardboard, thin corrugated paper, and common corrugated paper in the printing and packaging industries. The high-speed running gear is cycle-driven through an air motor, stripping waste margin paper with sharp-toothed gear made of high-strength diamond compound after heat treatment, ensuring high hardness, wear resistance, long life, and easy replacement.

This product is highly efficient manual stripping equipment, improving stripping efficiency by 10 times. While manual stripping takes hours, the stripping machine can finish the task in just 10-30 minutes, significantly shortening the delivery cycle.

Compact configuration, nearly the same weight as a normal grinder, easy to use, and can be operated by workers after simple training. It does not damage the bonding area during stripping, improving the efficiency of the subsequent processes such as gluing and automatic packing.

Utilizes an original Taiwan pneumatic motor for power, eliminating the issue of brush breakage common in ordinary hand-held grinders, and ensuring safety and long service life.

Warm Reminder
When using the stripper, the outside trim areas of folding carton cutting die must be installed with stripper rules and use Nick to grind nicks. Otherwise, the stripping result will be affected.
